As the Corporate Identity Owner I was assigned the task of coming up with the new division logo's and colours. Originally all divisions made use of the blue 'O' and green 'n' in their respective logos. By changing the logo colours and assigning a colour to each division we allowed for a greater range of material an each division finally stood out from the others and both staff and clients became aware of which team/product they were presenting/interacting with.
Originally the education division, EduOn, made use of Ninja's as the characters. During the redifining of the division branding it was decided that the ninja's no longer aligned with the overall brand. This caused unfortunately caused great upset, especially with the training teams who made extensive use of the ninjas. I came up with a new concept of friendlier mascots that aligned with the brand and allowed for them to be used across the brand and not just within the training division.
